《黑楼怪谈》剧情简介
影片讲述了小有名气的“凶宅先生”江烁「嫁」出了定金买下一栋“豪宅大厦”，与合伙人秦一恒与袁阵前往看宅。江秦等人在传统节日“鬼周”期间来到了一幢阴森诡异的老楼，并被卷入“皮巴贡”的诅咒之中，一场巨大阴谋也悄然在他们身边酝酿……
《凶宅笔记》IP故事多取材于作者贰十三亲历的真实事件，将“凶宅先生”这一买卖凶宅的行当职业化，借“凶宅先生”这一赋有神秘色彩的职业视野，将诡谲画卷展开。“凶宅”背景下朦胧神秘的过往秘辛为影片蒙上一层浓重的悬疑色彩。通过奇异诡谲的民俗元素唤起观众好奇心。不乏降魔杵斗法，风水八卦、鬼门开、黄泉路等玄妙的中国式惊悚元素，窥探凶宅买卖行业不为人知的秘密。
